What If…
Have you ever asked yourself ‘what if’ questions? I have. I used to ask a lot of negative ‘what if’ questions until I realized that I was creating negative results by doing this.
The questions you ask yourself determine your point of focus, and and your point of attraction.
And there’s one thing I’ve learned in life about the questions that you repeatedly ask…
You will eventually get the answers to the questions, so why not ask great questions?
Here is a game I like to play. It’s the “what if” game. Ask yourself “what if,” but use the positive outcome instead of the negative one.
What if…
-life always brought me good opportunities?
-I started to feel better today instead of tomorrow?
-I got a raise or promotion?
-my family and I had a lot more fun together?
-I had more friends?
-I felt inspired to do something great?
-I won the lottery?
-I had a million dollar idea?
-my friends and I all took a great vacation together?
-I met the perfect mate?
-I never got sick again?
You get the idea right?
So now that you see the pattern, go ahead and create your own questions.
What’s the next step?
Answer them questions. Sit down and formulate a story that answers the questions you came up with. How would this make you feel? How would it affect your life? What would change?
Then just spend 68 seconds each day reviewing your what if game questions and answers and try to get to a place where you can really imagine what it would “feel” like to be living the answers.
