after a long day of work you can actually feel that, that's why the best solution for that is make some relaxation just for yourself. the possible treatment would be make some ice cold and put it in a towel then put on your body that is aching.

This list is extremely valuable for those days when I can't make it in for chiropractic care. Thank you for providing such useful information, Jack. I especially enjoyed the oscillating protocol, as even just having that word gave it a whole new meaning.

Frankly, until now I didn't fully appreciate the value of ice pack therapy, so naturally resisted it. Now that I can envision the benefit it's providing my body I can "go with the flow" and suffer this for a few minutes to get long term benefit. You did a great job of describing the use of both cold and heat. I'm grateful for these new understandings and ways of helping myself.

Hugs,
Linda

Yes David. I had mistakenly put the wrong first name for Koch (sorry Robert Koch, I didn't mean to call you William)! Sometimes you go over stuff so many times you don't even catch your own errors. Thanks to people like you for sharing!

You are right also that my article had some simplifications. And Koch et al contributed many important things to the world of science and the nature of disease. I do believe that an over emphasis on the Germ as the sole reason for infectious disease has lead to a huge misunderstanding about the power of the human body to be well.

I have reworked the article to be more clear and relative. Again, thanks.

Thanks for your input.

And sometimes it's as simple as saying to myself, over and over, I want to feel good, I want to feel good ... and that repetition replaces the thought that was making me feel bad and makes room for a thought that lifts my mood. Yes, it does need to be gradual, we can't shift from despair to elation without the gradations between but simply asking for a thought that feels good works well for me.

Your "Finding Nemo" story reminds me of Wayne Dyer's wise words...

From my perspective, "merrily" is achieved when one takes 100% responsibility for his/her choices or "selections."

Nice to meet you!
