EVO RETREATS — Travel to an exotic location and transform your health and fitness! EVO – short for Evolution; to grow, transform or reach a higher potential.  

Magic happens when you combine a healing experience with an exotic adventure.  Imagine doing Yoga in the morning with monkeys in the trees while you are on a ten day juice cleanse program.  It can be life transforming.  Maybe you want to improve your athletic performance while learning to scuba or surf?  Detoxify and heal from heart disease while bird watching?  Get rid of depression while snorkeling with Turtles?

An average day at an EVO Retreat might include several fun and functional activities; morning yoga followed by a surf class, healing massage at noon, a short nap followed by a nutrition workshop in the afternoon.

All of our programs are specifically tailored for each individual, family or group.  Some individuals may need serious detox and nutritional work to heal from illnesses like cancer or heart disease.  Others may want to experience a Healthy Eating-Habits Workshop with their families followed by a zip-line tour through the jungle. 

We work with athletes who want to maximize performance.  We work with busy executives who need to clean their arteries out and lower their blood pressure.  We work with all types of people who want to take their mind and physical body to the next level.

We work closely with each member to ensure that the experience is everything they want and some.

Services include (but are not limited to): nutritional cleansing and detox programs, juice fasting and traditional fasting programs.  breath-work and meditation, yoga, pilates and Cross fit style core training, athletic training programs, massage, chiropractic, health and wellness education workshops.

And we combine these services with adventure sports and exotic tours! (appropriate to each person’s abilities and wishes)

***In the event that you are recovering from a serious illness or injury during your retreat, you may need to keep in regular contact with your existing Medical team.  Your medical team may even need to ‘supervise’ your health with you remotely while you are on the retreat.  We can assist in this process.

We can also help you get set up with local Medical assistance during your retreat.  We have quality recommendations for every major health care service you may require – in each of our retreat locations.

If you have a caregiver or medical aid they may attend the retreat at a reduced fee.  Please inquire.

Lodging location is per individual taste and budget.  We offer several suggestions for lodging locations.  You get to choose which experience will serve you the best.
